One of the penguins in Worcester's sculpture trail has been inspired by the city.
The artist behind the sculpture, which is part of 'The Great Waddle of Worcester' by Wild in Art, is Ollie Tindale.
Mr Tindale designed the BBC Hereford and Worcester sponsored sculpture named 'Welcome to Worcester'.
It takes inspiration from iconic city features and landmarks.
Mr Tindale, a designer at central Worcester creative studio Big Helping, said: "My penguin design for The Great Waddle of Worcester this summer is inspired by all things Worcester, including the cathedral, the racecourse, the Royal Porcelain Works and Worcester’s most famous son, Elgar."
'Welcome to Worcester' is proudly displayed in The Hopmarket's courtyard.
Mr Tindale and his colleagues Tim Worsley, Georgina Worsley, Ryan Hanke and Hayley Berridge at Big Helping lent their talents to the project.
Mr Tindale said: "We are all absolutely thrilled to be involved in such a fabulous community project.
"We feel so privileged to have had our design chosen, particularly as it is our first time being involved and some of the other artists have many Wild in Art projects under their belts.
"As a team, we all chipped in and took it in turns to paint our penguin during our lunch breaks and after work.
"It’s been a really successful collaboration."
The Hopmarket is also sponsoring a penguin known as 'Picasso', located at The Hive.
Bill Simpson, chairman of The Hopmarket Charity, said: "We think it is very fitting that Big Helping's Welcome to Worcester is situated in our courtyard.
"We are a stone's throw from Foregate Street Station so what better place to start the trail when visiting the city.
"We hope to attract lots of visitors to both Welcome to Worcester and to Picasso, situated on the steps of The Hive in the city."
Rhidian Jones, executive editor for BBC Hereford and Worcester, said: "We’re wild about Herefordshire and Worcestershire, and so a penguin celebrating everything from Worcester Cathedral to the swans, bridges and the world-famous Worcestershire Sauce is the perfect fit.
"Thank you Ollie for a magnificent creation."
