CRIMINAL DAMAGER: Carl Bainbridge admitted damaging a metal glass top table.
A man admitted damaging a metal glass top table at a fish and chips restaurant near Worcester city centre.
Carl Bainbridge, of no fixed abode, caused £50 worth of damage to the table at Mother Hubbard's Famous Fish and Chips Shop in Shrub Hill Retail Park.
The 39-year-old pleaded guilty to criminal damage during an incident which took place on Saturday (July 27).
Worcester Magistrates Court considered his early guilty plea and ordered Bainbridge to pay £50 compensation as well as a £95 fine.
He must also pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
