THUNDERSTORMS are on the way for Worcestershire after a yellow weather warning was issued.
The Met Office has declared a yellow weather warning for Worcestershire on Thursday.
Much of southern, central and northern England falls within the warning zone.
The storms come after the mercury was expected to climb to 29C in Worcestershire today.
With very warm sunshine continuing on Wednesday, there will be an increasing chance of showers, which could turn thundery.
Showers should clear eastwards on Thursday with fresher air arriving on Friday with bright spells and showers.
