The three men arrested after a crash that killed a man in Evesham have been released on bail.
The 36-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene on Saturday (July 27) after a BMW 330 D Sport left the road and crashed into a hedgerow near the Badsey Road Junction on the A46, closing the road for several hours after the incident.
The men, aged 29, 34 and 36 have been released on bail while the investigation is ongoing.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Officers investigating a fatal collision on the A46 in Worcestershire are appealing for witnesses.
"Anyone who witnessed the collision, or was in the area around the time of the incident (5.30pm) and may have dashcam footage, is asked to email the Serious Collision Investigations Unit on sciusouth@westmercia.police.uk."
