A BUNGALOW could replace former boarding kennels near the Worcestershire border.

Plans to knock down the old Chandelle Boarding Kennels in Clifton upon Teme and a storage hut on the same site have been submitted to Malvern Hills District Council.

The buildings would be replaced with a bungalow, which would use the existing access road that currently serves the kennels building.

The kennels, which sit next to a residential property called The Hawthorns, were previously licenced for 50 dogs and 20 cats.

The buildings, off the B4204, are surrounded by farmland.
