A supermarket in Blackpole is now fully open following a power outage.
Sainsbury's, on Windermere Drive, closed on Wednesday morning (July 24) following a power outage, with customers being turned away by staff.
The Sainsbury's petrol station had remained open, but it was not selling fuel and could not accept contactless payments. The petrol station is now fully-operational.
The power cut came just 24 hours after Sainsbury's had announced its Blackpole store would be closing for maintenance in August. The closure will take place from Saturday, August 3 until 8am on Thursday, August 8.
