THE MOST expensive and cheapest areas to live in Worcester have been revealed and the results might surprise you.
The information has come from data from HM Land Registry and has been analysed by Property Solvers, a sales company.
The data shows the average price of what houses have sold for in each street in Worcester for the last five years.
On the most expensive street in Worcester, properties have sold for an average of £859,000, whereas on the cheapest street, properties have sold for an average of £77,833.
The most expensive streets in Worcester:
1. St Georges Square: £859,000
2. Barbourne Terrace: £743,250
3. Battenhall Road: £704, 500
4. Park View Terrace: £700,000
5. Albany Terrace: £690,666
6. Britannia Square: £670,000
7. Malvern Road: £663,333
8. Redcliffe Street: £656,635
9. Beech Avenue: £645,000
10. Hill View Road: £624,900

1. Elkstone Close: £77,833
2. Bridge Street: £78,937
3. Cranham Drive: £85,333
4. Hamble Close: £88,125

8. Brook Street: £93,069
9. Randwick Drive: £94,333
Ruban Selvanayagam, co-founder of Property Solvers, said: "To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Britannia Square (WR1) sold for £1,575,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £56,250 and under."
