AN operations manager is celebrating 25 years of working for a county firm.
Paul Mills is marking his work anniversary at Pershore-based IT lifecycle management business OCM.
His first role was as a systems technician in 1999 after graduating with a BA (Hons) in business and American studies from Canterbury Christ Church University.
Since then, Paul has progressed within the firm as sales executive and project and compliance manager before being promoted to operations manager in October 2015.
Director Jennine Gilbert Woods said: “Ever since Paul first joined OCM he has been an integral part of our team.
“As the business has grown from strength to strength so has Paul and we really couldn’t do what we do without him.
“Twenty-five years as part of OCM is quite an achievement and we couldn’t be more proud.”
Paul said: “Working for OCM is a pleasure and I’m genuinely chuffed to have been part of the transition the company has gone through in improving the services we provide to our clients and ensuring we comply with all relevant legislation.”
OCM specialise in the safe, secure and responsible disposal of unwanted IT and EPOS (electronic point of sale) assets, data destruction and IT collection.
The team also sells refurbished laptops and computers, providing complete IT lifecycle management to its clients.
