PLANS to convert a building in Lowesmoor into a flat have been submitted to the city council.
A developer wants to turn the building at the back of 37 Lowesmoor into a one-bedroom apartment.
Work would include a new roof, damp proofing and adding insulation to bring it up to building regulations standards.
In planning documents, the developer says the flat would be accessible to a wheelchair user and there is good access to the site in the event that emergency vehicles are needed.
“The site nestles within close knit residential flats and houses in the Lowesmoor area of Worcester,” planning papers say.
“The whole site measures some 60 sqm. The rear of the existing building is co-joined to the rear of 39 Lowesmoor.”
