A MAN selling delicious pizzas has opened a new takeaway business, Beautiful Margherita, in Worcester.
Abhi Manyu Singh has opened his artisan pizza business at The Pheasant in Worcester this week.
Mr Singh has travelled all over Europe and America learning different techniques to craft the perfect pizza.
He has now collated all that knowledge into creating delicious thin-crust pizzas.
As well as taking over the dining experience at the Pheasant on New Street, Mr Singh's pizzas will be available to order and takeaway.
Mr Singh has five years of experience working in pizzerias, but Beautiful Margherita is his first business branching out on his own.
He told the Worcester News: "This is something I have always wanted to do and now I finally get the chance.
"I've always been passionate about cooking and for me, it's always been pizzas.
"I have been travelling and trying different recipes to make the best pizza possible.
"I love making pizzas and so for me after getting experience elsewhere it is time to take a step and open my own business."
Mr Singh cooks his pizzas in a stone-baked oven and imports his flour and cheese from Italy to create the most authentic pizza possible.
He also sources local produce for his pizza toppings as well as his other dishes such as his seafood.
All of his pizzas are thin crust and contain fewer calories and more protein than those made using American methods.
He added he wants his pizzas to take people on a culinary journey by combining traditional techniques with innovative flavours.
Mr Singh, from Carlisle Road, added: "All of my pizzas are handcrafted with love, passion, and the finest ingredients.
"I'm really excited to open my new business, it will be a great experience for me.
"I opened on Wednesday and I have already been getting a very good response, I think people will love it here.
"I have travelled all over Europe and America and can't wait to show what I have learned to everyone."
