A 91-year-old man is set to appear in crown court next week after being charged with causing the death of a pedestrian by dangerous driving.
Peter Burrow, of Meadow Walk in Colwall, will appear in Worcester Crown Court on July 24 after a woman died in Church Street in Malvern on August 8.
Burrow is accused of causing the death of Joyce Hickson, aged 89, while driving a Fiat 500 dangerously.
Police have previously said the crash involved a red Fiat 500, which collided with six pedestrians on the pavement of Church Street shortly after midday.
Ms Hickson died of her injuries after being taken to hospital.
Burrow is yet to enter a plea.
The pensioner was granted unconditional bail after a three-minute appearance at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court in May.
