The owner of a city centre office is seeking prior approval to turn it into a mixed use property.
The application, which was submitted to Worcester City Council on Tuesday, July 2, will determine whether planning approval is required to convert the second floor space of 29 Sansome Walk from an office into a one-bedroom flat.
The application, which was submitted on the owner's behalf by Sheppard Building & Project Consultancy, confirms that part of the building would continue to be an office.
The application's consultation period closes on Tuesday, July 23.
