TWO extensions for a house in Swinton Lane have been given retrospective planning permission by the city council.
A previous application had been approved but enforcement officers found the completed works didn’t match the proposals, so a new retrospective application had to be submitted.
Planning officers said the two storey side extension and single storey rear extension would not detract from the character or appearance of the surrounding area.
“The property is not in a conservation area and it does not adjoin any listed buildings,” they said in their decision report.
