Towns and cities across the UK change over the years but it can be upsetting when our favourite restaurants and shops leave the high street.
Worcester has seen a variety of restaurants come and go with some locals wishing they could still visit their favourites for a bite to eat.
To find out which ones they miss the most, we asked Worcester News readers which restaurants they wish were still open in Worcester.

Following the vote, the results show that Saffron’s is the most popular restaurant that locals wish they could still visit.
The restaurant was remembered by more than 20 of our readers who wish they could pop in for a meal.
Also naming the Globe Modern Bistro, one said: “Saffrons and Globe Modern Bistro Both fantastic independents (red heart emoji) consistently great food and staff/owners...”

Other popular closed restaurants that locals miss in Worcester include Angel Chef, L’aroma and Viking Burger which all received 14 votes.
One local said Viking Burger served “thee best burger ever”.

Another said: “Angel chef nred another similar to open again”.
A few locals mentioned that they liked to visit L’aroma with some adding that they miss the owner Dennis, who died in 2021.
Many other restaurants were mentioned by locals including Deep Pan Pizza, Hutton’s fish and chip shop and Little Venice.
