The business plan developed for the Scala Theatre renovation will be presented to the council this month.
A redrawn planning application for the historic theatre was approved in March, and July's meeting will be another key milestone in the project.
A spokesperson for Worcester City Council said: “The business plan is being developed with the creative consortium, and will be presented for approval to the Policy and Resources Committee on Tuesday, July 30.”
Current plans for the Scala Theatre include developing three performance spaces within it including a theatre, studio, and multi-purpose facility.
