HERE are 29 of the best pictures taken at Worcester Carnival this year.
The streets were packed yesterday (Saturday, July 6) for the annual parade, which saw schoolchildren, dancers, historical re-enactors and theatre groups all join together for the event.
The celebrations saw a Carnival village at Pitchcroft before a parade made its way through Worcester city centre to the delight of hundreds of onlookers.
Despite rainy weather, crowds turned out to watch the parade and many colourful entertainers throughout the afternoon.
David Jones, who visited the village and saw the parade, said: "We are here to support the carnival, it has been going for many years and it's always interesting.
"We thought we would have a look, I talked to an American Civil War Vet reenactor and a PCSO and I learned a lot."
