The owner of a HMO has made a retrospective planning application to extend the number of bedrooms at the property.
Plans submitted to Worcester City Council involve adding another two bedrooms to the 15 bedroom HMO at 284 Bath Road, in Battenhall.
Though work began in April, the application was valid as of Monday (July 1), and planning documents show that one bedroom has been developed in the lounge space, whilst the second room has added to separate building on the same site.
The consultation period is set to end on Monday, July 22.
