POLICE are currently on the scene at Elgar Retail Park in Blackpole.
A police car and a van were spotted being parked up at Elgar Retail Park at around 11.45am on Sunday, June 30.
An eyewitness believes a man was being breathalysed on the scene.
We have contacted West Mercia Police but have not yet received a response.
