EMERGENCY services were near the riverside in north Worcester after concerns were raised about a woman.
West Mercia Police responded to a report on the welfare of a woman in Worcester on Thursday morning (June 27).
People reported seeing police cars, ambulances and a rescue dinghy in the area.
Officers attended the scene after receiving a call at around 10.50am with concerns for a woman near the River Severn in Bevere.
The woman was located and received support from the police and other emergency services before being taken to safety.
