The city has been named as having one of the UK's hardest-working bin people after a video surfaced of the team working in scorching temperatures.
Worcester City Council bin collectors have been praised for their hard work this week after doing their jobs as temperatures reached up to 28C.
A video uploaded onto YouTube shows the council workers running in a residential estate in the heat to collect black bins.

The team was seen working to reduce traffic on the busy road and getting rid of the general waste from each home in quick succession.
The YouTuber who uploaded the video was EdFilmsStuff.
He said: "Look at these hard-working bin men.
"Running up and down the street - working hard - best bin men in the country."
Worcester City Council said it cannot comment on its bin collectors work due to purdah.
The video has caused many people to go to social media to praise the city workers.
One person wrote: "I love our bin men. They always wave to the little ones who are obsessed with the bin lorry."
Another added: "I agree, our bin men are exceptional. Always helpful, and very happy, smiley guys. Well done, all of you."
One person even said that the team went above and beyond for them after they had surgery.
They said: "I had major surgery in 2022 and couldn’t even lift a cuppa T at the time.
"I explained to the binmen and apologised profusely that I couldn’t lift a thing, and they were so supportive and put my bin out every week and put it back.
"They always go above and beyond."
