A CITY man has appeared in court charged with causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal.
Zbigniew Puziak, 59, of Rose Avenue, Tolladine, Worcester had his case heard at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Tuesday, June 25.
He faces three charges of causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal. The case is understood to be an RSPCA prosecution.
Court documents do not mention the species of animal.
The case was adjourned for a further hearing due to take place at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on September 3 at 10am.
