An online platform to help businesses in Worcestershire has been unveiled.
On June 27, Worcestershire County Council and partners unveiled a refreshed Workforce Planning Platform.
Designed in response to local feedback, it provides step-by-step instructions and practical tools to help businesses assess their workforce and plan for the future.
Judy Gibbs, director of skills at Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership, said "We’re thrilled to offer an enhanced Worcestershire Workforce Planning Platform.
"This streamlined tool will empower businesses to strategically develop their teams, fostering innovation and resilience in our local economy."
The platform is free to use and can be accessed on the website worcestershiregrowthhub.co.uk
