A former swimming pool building near Evesham could be converted into a four-bedroom house.
The building sits behind a listed building called Orchard Dene in Sedgeberrow, which was renovated in 2015.
The property’s owners then set about landscaping the gardens - but found that with energy prices increasing, the heated pool became financially unviable.
Plans to turn the outbuilding into a detached, single-storey house have now been submitted to Wychavon District Council.
In planning documents, the applicant says the scheme would “improve the green space around a listed building with little external modification and no future flood risk implications”.
