A homeowner in Worcester wants to build a two-storey side extension and a single-storey rear extension.
Plans to extend 21 Weyburn Close in two directions have been submitted to Worcester City Council for approval.
In planning documents, EP Architecture say they are not aware of any flood risk to the property.
Proposals for a house extension have also been put forward by the owners of 41 Kingsbury Road in the city.
They also want to build a two-storey side extension and a single-storey rear extension.
