A MAN has been fined hundreds of pounds after pleading guilty to assault by beating.
Lewis Thompson-Gill, of Worcester Road, Little Witley, beat Franklin Simson in Worcester on Tuesday, May 14.
The 33-year-old's guilty was taken into account as Worcester Magistrates Court ordered him to pay a £650 fine and £50 compensation.
Thompson-Gill has to pay £85 costs to Crown Prosecution Service and a surcharge of £260, he was told during he hearing on Thursday, June 20.
It must be paid in full by Thursday, July 18.
