YOUTHS have been using a bowling green as a football pitch as the antics during UEFA Euro 2024 resulted in a visit from police.
PCSO Watson conducted an evening patrol in Malvern last night after a 'recent report of youths using a bowling green as a football pitch'.
England drew 1-1 with Denmark in the UEFA European Championship group stages yesterday evening.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Appreciate the excitement around the Euros 2024. But please refrain from using bowling greens, a lot of work goes into preparing the grass for bowling."
