A 16-year old boy from Worcester has been banned from wearing a balaclava to curb his bad behaviour.
Oliver Spencer, of Liverpool Road, Ronkswood, has been banned from wearing a balaclava as part of the terms of a two year criminal behaviour order (CBO).
A CBO was granted yesterday (June 19) against Spencer.
By the terms of the order he is:
1. Being with a number of named individuals in a public place.
2. Wearing a balaclava or scarf that covers the face in any public place
3. Being in or on any private dwelling property, including the driveway or gardens, unless permission is granted from the owner/occupants
