A CAR involved in a hit and run has finally been located thanks to an eyewitness's dashcam footage.
The car had been involved in a crash at Bowling Green in Hanley Castle but the driver left the scene without exchanging details and before police arrived.
An eyewitness's dashcam footage provided police with a registration number, which helped them finally identify the vehicle on School Lane in Upton.
A spokesperson for Upton SNT said: "Investigations are ongoing and the vehicle may be examined forensically to determine who was driving the vehicle at the time of the collision.
