HOT air balloons will fill the air as a popular festival makes its return with a few changes for 2024.
After rainfall delayed the festival several weeks from early May to mid-June last year, organisers have decided to hold this year's event in June again.
With over 30 balloons expected and new additions to the event like an army of Vikings in the arena, here is all the important information you'll need before attending.
Where is Worcester Balloon Festival being held?
The event will return to Pitchcroft this year. The racecourse's large open field is perfect to hold all the events and entertainment on offer.
How do I get tickets for Worcester Balloon Festival?
Early bird tickets are currently available on skiddle.com at a discount, with tickets available at the gate on the day of the event.
When will Worcester Balloon Festival open?
Gates will open on Friday evening from 4pm and the final events finishing at 10.30pm with a fireworks display.
Gates will open at 12pm on Saturday, with events taking place throughout the day and once again ending at 10.30pm with another fireworks display.
What time will the hot air balloons launch?
The balloons are expected to launch around 7pm on both Friday and Saturday, with a morning ascent between 6am and 7.30am on Saturday.
However, these launches will be weather dependent.
What other events will be happening at Worcester Balloon Festival?
Both days are packed with a constant schedule.
Viking re-enactments, freestyle motocross displays and stunt bikes can be watched in the arena, alongside a selection of trade stalls, a funfair and other attractions scattered across Pitchcroft.

According to the Met Office, Worcester can expect no strong winds and little-to-no rain during the event.
This is good news for visitors and pilots, as hot air balloons can only be flown in dry and low wind conditions.
Will parking be available at Worcester Balloon Festival?
There is limited parking available at the site, but is on a first-come, first served basis.
Parking in the city centre will be available.
Is Worcester Balloon Festival dog-friendly?
Visitors are welcome to bring their dogs as long as they remain on a lead. Organisers have encouraged visitors to check the weather to ensure that temperatures are not too high.
