Would you like to welcome a furry friend into your home? Dogs Trust Evesham has a variety of dogs that are looking for their new homes.
The dogs searching for new families range in age from puppies to those looking for their retirement homes.
To help you find your match, we’ve rounded up three of the oldest dogs at the centre who are waiting for their new lease of life.
You can find out more about Dogs Trust’s work or donate to the charity via the website.

Spud and Hash-Brown
Gender – Male (both)
Age – Spud (9 years) and Hash-Brown (4 years)
Breed – Pug (both)
If you think Spud and Hash-Brown could be your new companions, you can find out more about them via the Dogs Trust website.
Spud is one of the centre’s oldest dogs currently and he’s looking for a new home with his younger friend Hash-Brown.
They both love to be around people and they could live with children, including those who are preschool age.
Rules for taking your dogs to the beach
While the pair are looking for a new home together, they could also live with another dog depending on a successful mix at the centre before they are rehomed.
Having said that, they can’t live with any cats.
Spud and Hash-Brown are at the centre through no fault of their own and they have tried hard to remain housetrained.
Bentley
Gender – Male
Age – 11 years old
Breed – English Springer Spaniel
You can find out more about Bentley via the Dogs Trust website.
Bentley is described by Dogs Trust as being “a fantastic older lad” who is excited to meet his new family.

He is friendly but won’t want to live with young children due to his age. However, children of secondary school age would be fine.
Bentley likes to meet other dogs so could live with one depending on a successful mix at the centre before being rehomed.
He has some problems with his vision but he doesn’t let this hold him back.
Bentley remains housetrained and likes to go out in the car for adventures.
