A Warndon church is marking its 61st birthday by launching an initiative to support women with their mental health.
St Wulstan’s Church, funded by a £10,000 National Lottery award, is planning to host weekly yoga therapy and support sessions.
The church also aims to help parents with children awaiting ADHD/ASD diagnosis, and weekly 'respite' sessions to allow women to explore sensory rehabilitation.
Reverend Sarah Northall said: "To any woman in Warndon who might need our help please get in touch with me via our church website, saintwulstans.online."
