AN attempted burglary happened at a village primary school after it was broken into.
Powick C of E Primary School in Malvern Road was broken into during the May half term but police have only just launched an appeal.
The incident happened between 5pm on May 25 and 7am on June 3.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "The Safer Neighbourhood Team continues to work and support the Powick Primary School and will continue our patrols.
The offender or offenders have attempted to gain entry to outbuildings on the premises.
"Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact us online.
"If you aren’t comfortable contacting us directly, you can pass on information anonymously to the independent charity, Crimestoppers, by calling 0800 555 111 or by visiting their website."
