A house previously used as residential accommodation for students at a Worcester college is now going back into private use.
Fletcher House in Whittington Road, which is currently vacant, was built as a private residence but was last used by New College Worcester, a school for blind and visually impaired children and young people.
Proposals approved by Worcester City Council will change the house back to its original use and reduce the number of bedrooms from five to four.
The property will continue to be accessed from the A44 Whittington Road.
