Plans to build a two-storey house next to an ex-council house in Dines Green have been revealed.
Proposals have been put forward to clear the “unkept” hedges, trees and old sheds from the side of 22 Burleigh Road to make way for a new two-bedroom house.
Planning documents say pedestrian and vehicular access to the house would be at the rear of the property.
Two cycle spaces would also be provided, plus an electric vehicle charging point. And a path would be created from the parking spaces to a main entrance at the side of the property.
