PARTS of Worcester have been without water this afternoon after a burst pipe.
People living in the WR4, WR5, WR7, WR8, WR9 and WR10 areas of the city have been experiencing poorer pressure or no water supply due to the burst water pipe.
At 3.30pm, teams from Severn Trent said they were working on-site to repair the issue and restore the water supply as soon as possible.
All of Crowle village currently has no water.
Spetchley Road was closed due to the burst water main, but a West Mercia Police spokesperson said it has since been re-opened.
A spokesperson for the water firm said it was confident the repair would be completed by 7pm.
The spokesperson re-posted on the Severn Trent website at 5.30pm and confirmed the situation hadn't changed.
The spokesperson added: "We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing."
