A SOFA was discovered to be on fire in the open last night.
One fire crew had to extinguish the fire, which involved a sofa in Brockhill Lane in Norton.
A Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "A crew from Worcester Fire Station was called at 8.20pm on June 9 to a fire in the open in Brockhill Lane, Norton, Worcester.
"Two backpacks were used to extinguish a sofa which was fully involved in fire.
"There were no casualties and no other emergency services were required."
