EMERGENCY services have been called to rescue a missing person in Worcester.
Police, fire and ambulance services were called to Charles Hastings Way at around 5pm yesterday (June 4) to search for and rescue a missing person.
A drone and an urban search and rescue dog were on site.
After three hours and multiple searches, the missing person was found and taken into the care of the West Midlands Ambulance service.
A Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "One crew from Worcester Fire Station, plus the incident support unit and service drone from Ledbury and the urban search and rescue dog were called at 5.07pm on June 4 to a missing person in Charles Hastings Way, Worcester.
"Fire service personnel liaised with police and made a search plan for the dog and drone and carried out a search of the area.
"After multiple searches of the area, the missing person was found and handed over to the ambulance service."
