Baker, from Redditch, died last month aged just 20, just a day after he had been in action for his county's second team where he took three wickets.

Due to limited space at the crematorium, Baker's family have arranged for a live stream of the service to be available for those who wish to join virtually.

Anyone who attends any of the services have been asked not to wear black clothing or bring flowers.

Instead, to reflect Josh's 'vibrant personality and spirit', comfortable, casual, and colourful attire is encouraged to celebrate the 'joy and positivity' he embodied.

A spokesperson for Worcestershire County Cricket Club said: "This day will be dedicated to honouring Josh’s memory and reflecting on the many cherished moments he brought to our lives.

"The virtual presence of supporters will also be deeply appreciated by Josh’s family and the Worcestershire County Cricket Club community."

Baker was a key part of Worcestershire's team having made his professional debut for the first team in 2021 after coming through the team's academy.

He was named as one of two reserve players in England's team for the 2022 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup in the West Indies.

The youngster, who attended Malvern College, had featured in 20 first-class matches up until the end of last season.

Ashley Giles, Worcestershire’s chief executive officer, paid tribute to Baker, calling him an "integral part" of the Worcestershire cricket family.

“The news of Josh’s passing has left us all devastated," said Giles.

“Josh was much more than a teammate; he was an integral part of our cricket family.

“We will all miss him terribly. All our love and prayers go out to Josh’s family and friends.”
