A year eight pupil has published an illuminating book about living with Type One Diabetes.
Felicity Clake, a pupil at Bowbrook School in Peopleton, recently released her second book, titled 'Fea's T1D Journey', on Amazon.
The book, described as "an indispensable guide for preteens and teens managing their Type One Diabetes", also assists families, friends and schools in understanding the needs of someone living with the condition.

The guide features insights from experts, professionals, and the vibrant Diabetes community, including Felicity's own experiences.
Felicity has also donated several copies of her book to her school library, a resource to help cultivate understanding among her peers.
From diagnosis to daily life, Felicity hopes to foster a sense of support and belonging for those living with T1D, and demonstrate that #T1dDoesntStopUs.
