VULNERABLE Worcestershire households could receive a share of £3.9million after a government support fund was extended.
The county's allocation of the Household Support Fund will be used for a range of different schemes until the end of September.
Of the allocated cash, £1.6million will be used to support those eligible for free school meals throughout the holidays.

Pensioners, carers, and disabled households on low incomes will be able to access support through the Worcestershire Advice Network.
The county council will also continue to support new Pension Credit recipients in Worcestershire with a one-off cash voucher.
Others who are eligible will be able to get help with food and other essentials through a variety of organisations working at a local level with their District Councils.
The energy support scheme, delivered by Act On Energy will help those in need with energy bills, energy debt, and heating system repairs and replacements.
