A DRIVER who broke the 30mph speed limit in a city estate is now subject to court action and faces a potential driving ban.
Glenn Bunegar was caught speeding by 'manned equipment' in Woodgreen Drive in Warndon Villages, Worcester.
The case was heard at Worcester Magistrates Court on May 15 but had to be adjourned for a further court hearing.
The 42-year-old of Worcester, was behind the wheel of a Volkswagen on November 11 last year. He has already entered a guilty plea via the single justice procedure.
The case was adjourned for a further hearing at Redditch Magistrates Court on July 29 'to consider if there are special reasons for not ordering an endorsement or disqualification'.
