A MAN was taken to hospital after a car crashed into a telegraph pole.
Police were called to Trench Lane in Oddingley at around 7.20pm last night (Monday, May 20) following reports a car had crashed into the pole.
A road closure was put in place along the lane between Dunhampstead Bridge and Sale Green.
One man suffered minor injuries in the smash and was taken to hospital for further treatment.
The closure caused increased traffic in the area with commuters urged to find an alternative route home.
Police confirmed Trench Lane had re-opened at 8.23pm.
