A Droitwich Spa care home is hosting a summer party.

The party at Dorset House will take place on June 28, from 2.30pm to 4pm, as part of Care Home Open Week.

Dorset House, known for its award-winning residential and nursing care, invites residents of the surrounding area, families and residents of the care home to take part in the festivities.

There will be complimentary refreshments, live entertainment, group activities, including Tai Chi, and guided tours.

Dorset House is using this occasion to connect with the community and give an authentic insight into care home life.

Care Home Open Week is a national initiative by Championing Social Care intended to dispel care home misconceptions.
