Tributes have been paid to a former county councillor known as Mrs Bewdley who has died.
At a Worcestershire County Council meeting on Thursday, outgoing chairman Kyle Daisley said Louise Edginton died on Saturday, May 11.
He described her as “always eager to help people” and “passionate about making a difference”.
Cllr Marcus Hart said Mrs Edginton, who served on the county council from 2001 to 2005, “was known as Mrs Bewdley” and also served on both Wyre Forest District Council and Bewdley Town Council.
“She will be missed by everyone who knew her,” he added.
