The Hive is set to host a talk to help ease conversations between adults and children about sex and consent.
'Consent from Early Years to Teens', with University of Worcester lecturer Holly Barnes-Bennetts will discuss how to teach children to understand their own bodily autonomy and respect other people's boundaries.
Ms Barnes-Bennetts said: "Often, when I go into schools, that’s the first time that those students are coming into contact with the issue of consent, when they’re 13-15.
"This talk is aimed at anyone who has contact with children and young people."
The talk is set for Tuesday, May 21 from 6.30pm.
