A TEENAGER needed help from firefighters after becoming stuck in a child's swing in a park. 

The teenage girl was trapped in a swing at Cripplegate Park yesterday evening (Monday). 

One Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crew from Worcester Fire Station attended the incident and were able to release the girl within 30 minutes.

A spokesperson for the Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "One crew from Worcester Fire Station was called at 5.18pm on May 13 to Cripplegate Park in Worcester where a teenage girl, trapped in a child's swing, was released. 

"No other emergency services attended."
