Worcester has a host of highly rated cafes on TripAdvisor which customers enjoy for their outdoor seating.

Those looking for a bit of inspiration on where to grab a coffee and sit in the sunshine can take a look through this list: 

Papa's Caffe - New Street

Many have praised the cafe's atmosphere, sandwiches and cakes, as well as it being a "great" place to sit outside and "watch the day go by."

One reviewer said: "After visiting Worcester for the first time, we were looking for somewhere that we could sit outside and enjoy some nice coffee and fresh pastries. 

"Well Papa's Caffe didn't disappoint". 

Boston Tea Party - Broad Street

The café chain is situated in a landmark building in the heart of the city. Those looking for a spot of breakfast, brunch, or lunch on a hot day will be able to sit outside on the square to enjoy the day. 

A reviewer described their experience as "absolutely lovely."

They said: "Sat outside in glorious sunshine, I had eggs Benedict and a latte. Could not fault it".

Wayland's Yard - Foregate Street

The city centre café is a popular destination, serving up speciality coffee, fresh breakfasts, brunches, lunches and homemade cakes. The dog-friendly café also also serves craft beers. 

The outdoor seating is also a hit with customers. 

One reviewer said: "Popped in for a light lunch with family. 

"Surprised to find such a pleasant outside space in the middle of the city. 

Elgars Coffee Shop - Reindeer Court

The coffee spot sits in the historical section of Worcester City Centre in a traditionally beamed 16th century building. 

One happy customer said: "You can sit outside all year round and enjoy eating in a lovely courtyard or inside". 

Another said: "We sat outside, it’s really unique but traditional - felt like we were on holiday."

Caffe Bolero - Nicholas Street

One happy customer said the Nicholas Street spot was their "favourite coffee shop". 

They said: "The best coffee, lovely staff, great value and a beautiful venue with lots of seating choices including an outdoor area. A must-visit if in the city centre."

Time to Eat - The Hopmarket 

Described as a "hidden gem" in the city, Time to Eat offers outdoor seating in a courtyard area.

The café offers a range of breakfasts, lunch and brunch meals "tucked away" in the city centre. 

Cafe Afloat - Diglis Basin

The café operates out of a converted canal boat, serving meals, snacks, drinks on the water at Diglis Basin. 

One reviewer said: "We were so happy to see Café Afloat with its inviting outside seating on a glorious sunny day.

"The staff were friendly and chatty. The cappuccino was excellent and so were the homemade rocky roads. Will be back again".
