A CITROEN driver has been fined hundreds and given penalty points after a person was left with broken ribs.
Sajjad Hussain, of Merton Close, Worcester, pleaded guilty to driving a Citroen Berlingo Multispace without due care and attention which left a victim with injuries including four broken ribs.
The incident happened in The Butts on October 18, last year, Worcester Magistrates Court heard.
Hussain was fined £538 which was reduced from £807 because his guilty plea was taken into account
The 56-year-old also had his driving record endorsed with 6 penalty points and must pay £110 court costs and a surcharge of £215.
