Up-and-coming photographers are being encouraged to get their cameras out for the RSPCA's 200th birthday photo competition.
The RSPCA Young Photographer Awards are open for entries from participants aged 18 years and under, who can take part by snapping a picture of an animal on a camera or mobile.
RSPCA Chief Executive Chris Sherwood said: "Photography is such a powerful tool in communicating how all animals have unique personalities and their own feelings and emotions."
The competition's deadline is on August 15.
