A CITY radio station is temporarily off-air due to a major breakdown at the studios.
Radio Wyvern, based in St John's, is currently broadcasting BRMB from Birmingham after a software failure.
The issue is further compounded by a religious holiday as software engineers are away until tomorrow (Wednesday).
Presenter Paul Ellery said: "Radio Wyvern is off air due to a major breakdown at our studios.
"The computer that controls the transmitter and the music on air has a software failure and due to the orthodox Easter celebrations, our software engineers are away until tomorrow.
"Local software engineers have tried everything to get the software up and running but could now.
"We are broadcasting BRMB from Birmingham until the fault is fixed and it will contain a mix of Worcester news and travel as usual."
